                                                     My clients are often caregivers, healers, or helpers themselves—healthcare professionals, first                                                             responders, veterans, military families, and those in the perinatal period—who have spent years                                                           showing up for others while quietly carrying their own pain. Many are navigating burnout,                                                                       complex  trauma, major life transitions, or have already been exploring a variety of healing modalities and desire preparation and integration working with plant medicines. They long for clarity, belonging, and the courage to live authentically, reconnecting with purpose and wholeness.

At Even Keel Health, I offer evaluation and management of ADHD, psychiatric medication management, medical cannabis certification, and trauma-informed supportive therapy. My approach weaves mindfulness, somatic awareness, and meaning-making to support deep transformation.
