At Even Keel Health, we strive to remain accessible to all patients by accepting a variety of insurance plans. To provide comprehensive care and longer appointments that address whole-health issues associated with ADHD, we work diligently to keep our administrative overhead low and not have your appointment times limited by insurance.
We appreciate your assistance with the registration process. While the system is generally straightforward, please be aware that our electronic health record system only allows for one unique email address per profile. If you have previously registered a child or another patient using your email address, please inform us. We will be happy to assist you with a workaround to ensure your registration is completed successfully.

Insurance:
I am contracted with most Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna plans, but not all. It's important to understand that even though I am contracted with these major insurance companies, there are some specific plans within those companies that I am not in-network with. For example, I am in network with most Cigna plans but I am NOT in-network with Cigna's Connect Plans, Local Plus, HMO Connect, and Cigna Surefit plans. While I am contracted with most Anthem and Aetna plans, there are a few unique versions of Anthem and Aetna plans that I am NOT contracted.
Therefore, it is your responsibility to verify with your insurance plan that I am in-network. If your plan considers me out-of-network, you will be responsible for the full cost of the visit. I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
PLEASE VERIFY WITH YOUR INSURANCE PLAN THAT I AM INDEED IN NETWORK.
For those who are out of network, I do supply a Super bill that you can file with your insurance for possible reimbursement. Those plans would operate as a cash based practice.
